Laguna Tige Boule Set

I was excited and enthusiastic upon discovering your tige-boule hair clasps ; they are attractive and pretty BUT one of the three arrived with a floppy tige (broken) and the design of the clasp systems do not hold in place . The most essential quality of the barrette is to hold solidly the hair in place ,, and your rendition does not function ! Hair quickly slips out AND the shape is flat as opposed to curved like the scalp ,, therefore my disappointment is profound and I will sadly not be able to use your product as I anticipated . What I most appreciate is your follow-up and your concern for my customer satisfaction though . Merci Beaucoup
