Small Couture Claw Clip - French Classic

Beautiful colors looks great with my highlights. I use this clip to pull back my very thick hair from around my face.

The claw is too open in the middle, so my long fine hair (I have a lot of it) slips out immediately. The medium clip has a much better grip.

i have several France Luxe jaws in different styles and colors that are lovely and that I reach for often. However, I was disappointed in my black couture jaw. Compared with my other France Luxe jaws this piece just looked clunky rather than stylish in my hair. Perhaps the black color is just too stark against my light hair. Although this piece worked functionally I didn't find it to be anything special and not worth the premium price tag.

This is the fifth one I have purchased. Love them!

I reviewed the defective clip I received, and then right away customer service contacted me to offer me a replacement. My replacement arrived SO quickly and is absolutely perfect. I’m so grateful and a little stunned by the customer care, it’s not often a company goes above and beyond like that. It’s much appreciated. I have several of the small and larger clips to use depending on the hair style I am looking to achieve. There is a color choice to match any outfit. I have normal thickness hair and they grab and hold nicely. The overall quality is good also—worth the price.

This is my new staple claw clip. The quintessential tortoise shell pattern, well made and highly polished cellulose acetate material, and firm grip all make this claw my go-to. I have very long, fine hair and I love a claw clip but never know if it’ll be too heavy or too weak. This one is perfect. Customer service is even sent me a prompt email response to my inquiry about this clip in the small vs classic size! Excellent attention to the customer and an exemplary product. I got the south sea color, its very pretty and really holds my hair well when I want it off my neck when its hot and humid. Have received compliments on the clip as well.

The style of this jaw is the best for me: it holds my hair perfectly in the most flattering way and very securely. It has taken awhile to find just the right jaw for my fine hair that wouldn't slide down and still look nice - not too big, but big enough to look elegant. I have now bought 4 of these in different colors and I couldn't be more pleased.

I really like the small couture jaw - it is one of my favorite France Luxe accessories. I just counted that I have five of these in different colors. They hold my hair very comfortably and securely and don't damage hair.

True to dimensions, and the claw opens quite wide so it catches all the hair as a pony tail. Beautiful pattern. Extremely satisfied!
