I was skeptical to try this. I have thick long hair and I love banana cones but I can't fit my hair into them anymore. This thing holds my hair beautifully and surprisingly stayed in place all day! It didn't itch or slide. I love them.

First quality side comb that actually holds hair, since the 1990's! Do not even know how I found Francelux online - but glad Idid.

Great hair accessories

FINALLY!! I had one of these from the 1980's and it's been the best (and only) way I have effectively been able to put my short(ish) hair "up". Any that I have found since then have been cheap hard plastic (from China) that break with very little use or stress. This is very similar to my 1980 original - NOT cheap hard plastic - and I am thrilled to have found it! Worth the money!

I love the design and they do hold my hair.....but the ends are so sharp they are a problem. I gifted one set and my friend returned them to me after they injured her ear. I have filed the ends of mine with an emery board and hopefully they'll work better; however that shouldn't be necessary. Also with a white pair I have used only twice the white coating is coming off.

I just received my order which included two sets of these interlocking hair combs. I've only just tried it once, but I think these will quickly become my favorite hair item! I can't believe I've never seen or heard of these before but I'm glad I came across them at France Luxe.
I have a couple of their jaw clips and they are absolutely the best quality out there so I assume these interlocking combs will be as well.

I'm from the 70's and still have big thick hair...and I used to have these and than they weren't seen anymore ..These are the absolute best !!!!

These "banana" combs are the best! Can't find them anywhere else for my long hair, and I've been looking for at least 10 years in big box stores/shops where I live and online. I loved my originals which have long since lost their flexibility and sheen. So glad I found you! This great style is practically non-existent elsewhere. They are lovely, flexible, and hold my hair perfectly all day long.

I had never tried separate interlocking combs before these, so I was hoping for the best when I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised to find that keeping my hair in a bun was so comfortable. The combs have stayed in place and do not pull my hair.

I use these to pull my hair back from both sides. I love the cascade effect. It's my favorite comfortable around the house style and even my husband says it looks nice.

Gorgeous piece of equipment for one's hair. The quality is superb. The colour is dusky and delicious. I am going to wear this with great confidence. Highly recommended for those who have a mass of thick hair.

These are just what I've been searching for! They're very good quality and much prettier than the ones that used to be sold in stores. Some reviewers have noted that the teeth are very sharp, which they are. But a couple of swipes across the tips with an emory board fixes that easily. Great combs!

I like that they really interlock and I can keep all my hair up in them - they don't slip like others I have paid more money for. I bought a second pair after receiving the first - hard to find these and even harder to get this kind of quality.

This is my second pair of these. I have the tortoise and ordered the matte blue for a second pair. Love the way they look and makes my bad hair day look great. Also I can sweep up my longish hair on a hot day and not make clamp marks so I can wear it down later on.

I love this interlocking comb! I have thick hair and was uncertain on how to use it- but it is simple. It stays put and is very comfortable all day. My husband told me it "looked great" from the back. Think the quality is very good and I will buy more in different colors.

I am so happy with these interlocking combs. Had purchased many locally and they always broke and would never hold my hair. These combs are sturdy and lovely, and well worth the extra cost. I will be buying more!

this is the second set of these combs i have bought the first were great but this set is very sharp and hurts my scalp when i put them in pretty disappointed

I had a pair of these combs from about 20years ago and lost them. I ordered a cheaper set from somewhere and I cannot even use them. They were hard plastic and would not stay in my hair. I have mid length fine hair, but a good amount of hair. I am telling you that these combs are worth the money because of the quality. You will love them and have them forever.

I just love this comb: in a few seconds you go from messy, I-can't-do-a-thing-with-this to looking like you've put a lot into it! It's been a life-saver for me because my hair is long but very fine and fly-away. If you appreciate quality, well-made products that work, this is it.

Over 30 years ago I bought combs like these. I still have and love them but never able to find anymore. From time to time would serf the web hoping. Well these just arrived today and I love them. They are perfect. They are comfortable and do not hurt, yet hold up all my hair. I just may get another pair. I wish they came in black. Thank you!

30 or more years ago... while shopping at an upscale mall... a kiosk was selling similar combs with embellishments on them. After a demonstration using my hair, I was so impressed with these combs. I purchased two pair. The price was $30 a pair but they had pearls and rhinestones...still have them. I wanted more but never was able to find them again. Luckily while surfing the net, I found your combs, ordered them and I am more than delighted with the superb quality. I think they are even nicer than my originals. Only thing I would suggest is embellishing them LOL....but I LOVE THEM !!

The ends of the prongs are too sharp and rip my hair.

I absolutely love these combs. I had a pair about 10 years ago and lost them a few years back. I haven't been able to find them since. So when I was looking online and seen them, wasn't sure they would be heavy enough. They are and I love them. Thanks!

I spent so many years looking to replace my old combs because that company no longer made them. I am ecstatic to be able to say that I have found them here at France Luxe! This item is the perfect size for my hair and makes it look like I spent an hour on my hair or had it done professionally when in reality it only takes a minute or two at the most to use. They are so easy to put in and are made of top quality material well worth the price. My hair is long and naturally wavy to curly and looks amazing when I use these interlocking combs. I absolutely recommend that you give them a try.

All I can say is these interlocking combs to me is the best thing since flavored coffee.......I can't believe more people especially those with long hair whether thick or thin don't use them. They're great for any occasion from dining out to just running around doing errands. They look great when your hair is curled and pulled back with them. I can't say enough wonderful things about them other than I wish they could be purchased with stones to dress them up a little more.
