Disappointed

i have several France Luxe jaws in different styles and colors that are lovely and that I reach for often. However, I was disappointed in my black couture jaw. Compared with my other France Luxe jaws this piece just looked clunky rather than stylish in my hair. Perhaps the black color is just too stark against my light hair. Although this piece worked functionally I didn't find it to be anything special and not worth the premium price tag.

So I can’t figure out how to edit my last review from 6/1, but I wanted to update it! I reviewed the defective clip I received, and then right away customer service contacted me to offer me a replacement. My replacement arrived SO quickly and is absolutely perfect. I’m so grateful and a little stunned by the customer care, it’s not often a company goes above and beyond like that. It’s much appreciated.
