Holiday Deadlines: Receive your US shipment by Dec. 25th
Due to the global increase in e-commerce shopping this year, we recommend getting your holiday orders in early this year to ensure that your products arrive on time.
- To take advantage of Free Shipping, place orders by December 16th.
- For orders shipped with USPS Priority, order by December 15th.
- For orders shipped with USPS Priority Express, order by December 21st.
- For orders shipped with UPS Ground, order by December 13th.
- For orders shipped with UPS Next Day, order by December 21st.
France Luxe® makes every effort to ship your products in a timely fashion. We process and ship orders from our WA warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders that are $25 and over (after discounts are applied), qualify for free standard shipping. Orders with free standard shipping are usually fulfilled within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders paying for UPS shipping are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note, this shipping policy does not apply to L. Erickson USA product. L. Erickson USA product is handmade specifically for each customer.
The shipping cost varies for wholesale orders and customers outside the U.S. depending on the quantity of items and the weight of the order.
Kindly note, customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any taxes or duties.

We will provide you with an exchange, or a store credit for use on future orders, or a refund to your original form of payment. We estimate 7 - 10 business days to receive and process your return and/or exchange.
