nice, not too shiny

This has a nice homemade vibe to it. Homemade from me is a compliment. It doesn't look like it came forma a factory. Tiny beads woven into a nice dressy but not elegant head band. It picks up the light with being too flashy. I will wear it to lots of parties and get togethers.
