Unusable

The material is pretty. It's a lovely clip. And any time I put it in my hair, it slides right out. Has no grib. So it's essentially just a $40 piece of garbage. Really disappointing. I was hoping to love it enough to buy several

Just not right for my hair type

Sadly, this just wasn't the right type of clip for my hair type and use. The product loos beautiful, however the design of plastic on metal prevented the clip from sliding into my bun or hold my hair and often would get caught resulting in the pulling out of my hair. The return process was simple and the customer service team exceptional.

This is a PLASTIC clip that does not hold hair in place. I have thin, shoulder length hair and have used beak clips for over 20 years. Recently, one I had been using since about 2016 broke so I thought I would replace it. I looked for a long time to find a strong metal clip. Other reviews suggest this clip is metal. It's not. It's layered plastic and my hair gets caught and pulled between the layers of plastic. Very frustrating.
