WORST JAWCLIP! UNABLE TO USE..TO HARD TO OPEN

THIS WAS NOT MADE CORRECTLY I normally love France Luxe I have been purchasing from them for years. These jaw clips are damaged I was unable to open them with one hand and need two hands.-- to hard and tight to open...I was so disappointed as I bought a pair for a friends birthday and now I have nothing to give her, as these aren't usable I purchased two packages and both are the same Badly made and someone should have checked them before selling them. As stated I normally love France Luxe and have been a customer for years now. I will give 1 star for the colors !!
