Not the most secure hold

This barette does not hold as firmly as some of the others. Was a bit let down.

Great for keeping bangs out of face

First rate quality that you don't find anymore. I have thick hair so the long front piece of my bob is constantly swinging in my face and driving me nuts. These worked very well in keeping my hair pinned back to the side. I am buying more.
