Warning — I just received my order of this product, and there is a gold FL that sticks up from the surface of the barrette. To me it looks tacky, and I would never have ordered this had the photos show. the FL. Erickson, update your website for future customers, please! I am trying to return the barrettes. I hope Erickson reverses the decision to put their initials where I, at least, did not want them.

This is a sturdy barrette that works for my thinnish head of hair. I pull my hair back like a ponytail & put it all in this barrette. It holds. I've tried larger barrettes but my hair slips out on the sides & the whole thing falls off.

I was very disappointed when i received my barrettes to discover France Luxe is
using a cheaper quality mechanism on the back of the barrettes they're selling.
it's no longer made in France and is of inferior quality.

I’m a fan for France Luxe. I use them til I lose them, then I buy more. Even so, I’m sorry that a narrower 2 7/8 length option seems to no longer be available, and the clip mechanism on this latest order is stiff and not as smooth and easy as previous barrettes have been.

These were the lowest quality hair clips. I sent them back immediately.

Barrette clasp seems to be smaller and more cheaply made than the barrettes I bought a few years ago from France Luxe. The back of the clasp design is pretty and I am wearing several of them. The small barrette works for my pony tail because I have fine hair.

I have used these barretts for several years. This recent purchase, however, delivered Barrett’s that were a bit smaller than the previous ones and the quality does not seem as sturdy . Sad to see. I hope they last like the older ones

The clasp feels really cheap and is slightly smaller than it used to be!! VERY DISAPPOINTING

I bought some many years ago and they finally broke. I came back for more. The larger ones just don't work for the amount of hair I pull back the mini's are way too tiny. So happy these are still around. The only thing I don't like about them is my old pair was silver in the clip portion. These are gold. I prefer silver. Blends in better since I only do classic styles.

This is a gorgeous barrette in South Sea, works with my journey with wavy hair. Better quality than some others I own.

These are lovely barrettes. I'd order more in different colors if they weren't so expensive.

I have several France Luxe barrettes and headbands, and am so happy with them all. Very well made—they don’t rust, even when worn for a sweaty ballet class. They look great for dressing up, too. I love the variety of colors available

Bobby pins and Tige boule barrettes can’t hold my hair because it’s thick and heavy. But when I want to scoop just some of my hair back, like the bangs, these barrettes are perfect. They stay in place forever and hold up over years of use.

I love the small rectangular classic barrette so much that I want this barrette in gold and silver acetate that I can use with the jewelry I wear. It is light enough not to damage my fine, thin hair and still holds it back in a low ponytail so my hair looks nice and finished. I asked before and France Luxe came out with thin gold and silver metal French barrettes that will NOT hold my hair.

I got these in Ivory Tokyo and they look so good in my hair. Love these barrettes.

She keeps losing barrettes, and she's very particular about what kind suit her. We drove around the malls a bit (at my insistence) and (of course) she found nothing up to her standards.
So I went to a search engine to ask about "French barrettes" and found yours. Earned major points!

My hair is very thick. Because of that, the barrette did not fit well with my hair.

My issue is not with my recent order of three barrettes, this being one of them, which I love. My issue is that I did not get the benefit of the free gift.
My free gift was not included in my package, therefore, I emailed customer care to resolve. It took six days to get a reply from customer care. When they finally replied, they apologized and sent out my free gift. I have just received my gift, which would have been lovely, had the clasp not been broken upon arrival, therefore making it unwearable.
I do not want anything other than to send you feedback about this disappointing and frustrating experience with France Luxe. The purpose of ordering three items was to receive the free gift, which does make your company stand out from others. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy this benefit and it's important to know that when a gift is prominently advertised on your site you must deliver, otherwise you're not creating any "raving fans."

I ordered two of the white and wear them daily. The quality is terrific and the service was extraordinary!!

A while ago, I ordered a barrette in the Africa (which I don't see it in this color in this size anymore) and forgot to leave a review. I recently ordered the onyx, and they are both equally beautiful. I will be ordering more colors. Wish they had this size in South Seas. The size is perfect for me.
