Great clip

I bought the gunmetal color. The clip itself works perfectly. Just like the other reviewer said, it is perfect for clipping fine and slippery hair. I have no issue with how the clip performs. My first clip was shipped without the normal tissue paper wrapping, so it arrived quite scratched. That ruined the sleek metal look it should have had. However...

I've edited this review to note that a France Luxe employee emailed me after reading my initial review and apologized for the scratched product and also explained how the products should have been wrapped during shipping. They wrapped up a new clip and sent it to me for free as a replacement. What fantastic customer service! The new clip looks much better too! I'm very happy with this level of customer service. Few businesses seem to care or go the extra mile these days.

My Favorite Clip

This is my FAVORITE clip I've ordered from France Luxe/L. Erickson EVER!! I'd been looking for a silver clip and this one is exactly what i wanted: sleek, goes with all silver jewelry (and pretty much everything else) and grips my soft, fine hair like no other! I'm going to order another in the gunmetal and perhaps one in gold - highly highly recommend!!
